General

‣ Please give credit as Teefy (https://twitter.com/imateefy).

‣ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if I feel the request to be uncomfortable, rude, or if I cannot fulfill it.

‣ All other commissions are priced for personal use. For commercial use, please contact me for further discussion.

‣ For any other inquiries, questions, etc. you can contact me through my email or Twitter.

‣ Your commission may be uploaded to my social media and portfolio as a sample.

‣ Any payment in cryptocurrency, reselling, redistributing for the purposes of creating NFTs will not be accepted.

‣ Any work involving AI art will not be accepted.

‣ You are not permitted to distribute, trace, modify, merchandise, or claim any of the commissioned work as your own.

‣ Payments are made in USD via PayPal invoice.

Live2D

‣ Live2D Vtuber commissions are for commercial use for individuals and priced accordingly. For larger scale works, please contact me for further discussion.

‣ I may stream the rigging process. Please tell me if you want to keep the commission private or anonymous for social media uploads.

   *If your commission has not been posted/uploaded after 2 months of completion, I will upload it as a showcase then. Otherwise, please give me your estimated release date so that I may plan around your schedule.

Turnaround Time

‣ Before I provide a quote, many of the details for the project will be discussed (ie. full body, for personal use, etc.)

‣ The price will be provided after finalizing details and for Live2D, after I receive the PSD.

‣ Turnaround times listed are estimates and may vary based on complexity of project and current work list.

Payment

‣ A minimum of 50% of the fee for the commission is required for me to begin the project and the rest before I send the completed files. I accept full upfront payment as well.

‣ Any unforeseen complications may cost an additional fee.

Revisions

‣ 2 major revisions are provided free of charge. Any requested after the third will cost an additional fee.

‣ Additional fees will apply if any revisions are requested after the commission is finalized.

‣ I am not responsible for issues regarding copyright.

Refund Policy

‣ Refunds are unfortunately not provided once payment has been made and I have made progress or completed the commission. You may cancel at any time before this point.

   *In the case I had just started the project, I will provide a refund with a deduction of the amount of work done.

‣ In the case that the commission must be canceled or cannot be completed on my end, a full refund will be issued. This does not apply to clients wishing to cancel after initial payment has been paid.
